So this is the second time my daughters pony sonny has been in the care of Moorcroft. He’s a little show jumping pony who has had surgery for an annular ligament injury.

Where do I start with the care at Moorcroft?!

Well, I work full time so it was imperative I found somewhere that could not only cope with a pony who had just had surgery but somewhere with the knowledge and high level of care which I couldn’t give myself. This is where Mary and her team come in, Mary literally leaves no stone unturned! Her care and commitment to all the horses at Moorcroft is outstanding.

I can only get over to visit once a week, sometimes not even that, there is never a moment that I’m worried as I know he is in the best hands! I literally could sing Mary and her teams praises all day long.

As I said this is Sonny’s second time at Moorcroft and when I phoned Mary in a complete flap because he had to go to surgery then next day, she immediately said no problem we are here to help!

I actually think Sonny would like to stay full time he’s that happy there!
