Moorcroft has 2 teams in The Mud Monsters Run raising much needed funds for our charity to support the horses in our care. The event takes place on Sunday 5 June 2022 at the 135 acre site in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex with amazing natural terrain with natural and manmade obstacles.

A bit about the event:

Mud Monsters Run is an award winning mud and obstacle race that will not disappoint. 

Mud Monsters Run have three different distances – 5km, 10km or 20km (double lap). Our teams will be taken on an amazing muddy journey across muddy fields, up steep hills, through woods, washing off in water sections, navigating through mud craters, fighting their way through deep muddy bogs, with up to 135+ obstacles and many more muddy surprises along the way.  The next run takes place on Sunday 05 June 2022 at their permanent site in the beautiful Sussex Countryside just five minutes from the centre of East Grinstead. 

The great thing about this event is there are so many obstacles that you never have to run very far before taking on a new and exciting obstacle challenge. People of all abilities and experience are welcomed, whether you regularly compete in obstacle races or are thinking of making this your first one, just pick the distance that is right for you. Mud Monsters are a friendly run that offers encouragement and positivity not punishments, they want everyone to have loads of fun and achieve personal goals along the way, whether it’s beating a previous time, completing the monkey bars, scaling the vertical wall or working as a team to get around the course together.

Over the past 7 years Mud Monsters Run has grown from strength to strength and have seen thousands of muddy smiles crossing their finish line.

The main reason for each event is that everyone has fun and enjoys pushing themselves to do something out of their comfort zone, the evidence of this can be seen both in the amazing race photos and in the brilliant reviews received after each run.

The events take place in Mud Monsters permanent 135 acre site in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex with amazing natural terrain and a whole variety of natural and manmade obstacles and the number increases with every event.
